Fees & Availability

Let’s keep the practical stuff simple.

Therapy is personal enough without having to decode a bunch of confusing details. Here, you’ll find straightforward information about session fees, availability, and what to expect when getting started.

Choosing a therapist is a big decision, and it’s important to feel comfortable with the person you’re trusting with your story.

Have questions? Not sure if The Journey is the right fit? That’s completely okay. Reach out and ask.

Cancellations & Changes

Life happens. We get it.

We understand that schedules change and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy or supervision session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancellation or no-show fee.

This policy helps protect your scheduled time, maintain availability for others, and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Need to make a change? Just reach out as soon as you can.

Curious about therapy? Let’s talk.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out.

A free consultation is simply a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and get a feel for what working together might be like.

No pressure to commit. No expectations. Just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit and decide what feels right for you.

When you’re ready, let’s start there.
