Clinical Supervision

Find your voice. Build your confidence. Grow into the therapist you’re becoming.

New therapist life can come with a lot of questions—and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Kate provides Clinical Supervision for new therapists seeking LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, and CADC in North Carolina working toward licensure eligibility.

Supervision is a space to learn, ask questions, talk through the tricky stuff, and build your clinical confidence—all in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Bring the questions. We’ll figure out the rest.

What Therapy Can Support

Sometimes you just know something feels off.

Therapy can be a helpful place to unpack things like:

  • Anxiety, panic & overwhelm

  • Chronic stress & burnout

  • Low mood & emotional numbness

  • Relationship & attachment challenges

  • Life transitions & identity changes

  • Feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected

And you don’t have to have a perfect reason for being here. If something doesn’t feel quite right, that’s reason enough to start exploring it together.

What a Typical Session Looks Like

No scripts. No perfect answers. Just a place to show up as you are.

Sessions are a calm, confidential space to talk openly, slow things down, and make sense of what’s going on.

Each 50-minute session might include:

  • Talking through what’s been on your mind

  • Reflecting on patterns, experiences, or relationships

  • Noticing what’s happening emotionally or physically

  • Exploring tools and strategies to help you feel more grounded

Some weeks you might have a lot to unpack. Other weeks, you might not know where to start. That’s okay, too.

There’s no right way to do therapy. We’ll start wherever you are.
